A principio de verano me llamó mi amigo Fran the Monk para contarme que había encontrado un precioso casco "metal flake" tirado entre un montón de basura, y que me pasara a recogerlo cuando quisiera.
Pasamos una divertida tarde poniéndonos al día con nuestras historias en la Cárcel Panameña de A Guarda.
Mi sorpresa cuando lo vi fue muy buena. Se trataba de un casco de fabricación española homologado, en un estado "pulgoso". Le faltaba la mitad de la tapicería interior, y estaba lleno de aceite de motor sucio y negro. La parte interior que todavía mantenía estaba comida por la ratas, pero se trataba de un auténtico metal flake made in Spain... Y eso lo hacía especial.
Se le añadió un Bubble Visor que nos proporcionó nuestro amigo El Solitario MC. Se recuperó el tapizado interior con una siempre práctica cinta americana, y el equipo de El Tesoro Shop se encargó de "tatuarlo" para su dueño.

At the beginning of the summer my friend Fran the Monk called me to tell me he had found a beautiful metal flake helmet lying around in a heap of garbage, and ask me to pass by to take it whenever I wanted. We spent a cool evening telling each other our things at Cárcel Panameña, in A Guarda.
It was a wonderful surprise when I saw it. It was a "made in Spain" approved helmet, in a flea-ridden state. It lacked half of its inside, and it was full of car oil, dirty and black. The inside part still alive was bitten by the rats, but it was a real metal flake made in Spain... and that was something really special.
A bubble visor that our friend El Solitario MC gave us was added. The inside was recovered with an always useful duck tape, and El Tesoro Shop team take care of "tatooing" it for his owner.
